        This piece was built out of phrase I found in an old journal.  It is surrounded by fringe which holds the words of things that occur in the world. Experiences that really make life difficult, things that can make a person weaken, give up, break.

        This phrase came from my mother and my grandmother. How did they handle the challenges of life? How can anyone handle the sadness, pain and torment that is a possibility, a reality, for everyone who walks this earth?
